What: The third annual Masquerade Ball to benefit First Contact Addiction Ministries is being planned right now. The past two years have been so successful. With almost double attendance the second year, we’re looking forward to our third Masquerade Ball and a new theme, The Music of the Night, the seduction of Addiction.
Understanding addiction and its seductive power is so important as we reach out to men, women and children and their families who are afflicted. Crisis assistance, medical help, counseling, rehabilitation, support groups and job placement are just a few of the life-changing ways First Contact helps these men, women and children break from from the tentacles of drug or alcohol addiction.
We Rescue, Renew and Restore lives every day in our community; your community.
First Contact is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. And all our services are free of charge, which is only possible through your help and others who understand the growing addiction crisis that affects all of us. In the past year we’ve received over 2,000 incoming calls, had more than 800 encounters and have placed 90+ individuals with substance abuse disorder into detox or rehab programs, breaking their chains. Seduced by lies, circumstances and desperation, we fight with them and for them. Will you help us?
